Vinyasa yoga flow @ Etterbeek 5:15 PM

Hello everyone
How about joining me for an energizing yoga flow this Sunday, February 2nd? It's completely FREE as a trial class!

The session will be from 5:15 PM to 6:30 PM at Jardin d’Émergences - Rue des Cultivateurs 54, 1040 Etterbeek. Please arrive on time at 5:15 PM so you have time to set up everything you need for the class.

I love to keep these classes in a little bubble, creating a community feel while also giving you plenty of time for yourself. No experience is necessary, and all the material is provided, but if you'd like to bring your own mat, feel free! We’ll have some time to chat before and after class, and I’d love for us to share a tea afterwards to unwind and spend a little more time together.

With the start of the new year, it’s the perfect moment to reconnect with yourself and embrace the practice. No big egos here—just bring your authentic self!
